Hello Husam,

This is possible in v3.8 of the Survey123 website (that will be released tomorrow)!

In the 'Data' tab, you can select or filter the survey records you'd like to include in the report (or choose the 'all records in the table' option). You will see the new 'File options'. Here you can choose 'One report for each record' or 'Multiple records in a single report'. The latter option will present your chosen survey records in a single feature report.

Version 3.8 of the Survey123 website also brings with it the ability to produce a preview sample PDF report (to ensure your template is set up properly without consuming any credits), and the option to choose either PDF or DOCX output formats.
