Output won't show decimal

I created a formula in the calculation column and it will not return the answer since it is less than one. I need the answer to be displayed automatically on the form when prior fields are inputted.

Hi Robin,

Add a leading 0 to the decimal number - 0.0347 to have it be processed properly.
