How Can I Fix Labels From Overlapping in ESRI Basemaps?

I am working with Esri's Light Grey Canvas and Community basemaps on two different maps I am making, representing the Philadelphia metro area, and have two labels that overlap with each other on both maps (see screen grabs). Is there an easy way to fix this? Normally, I would change weights or settings using the label engine...  but can't seem to do this with basemaps.

I found out that you can make your own stylesheet from esri basemap  They have online tool that builds a GL JSON STYLESHEETS. It worked for my purposes.
