Create Building Footprint from Images

I was going through the video present at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zAzNqw4KZRk&t=1204s however I'm facing issue at Step: export training data for deep learning.

I'm not sure how they created LabelsFinal.tif

I'm facing issue as in attached image
