Capabilities of the ArcGIS Public Account

Howdy GIS Community! Can anyone share the capabilities that are available on ArcGIS Online for Public Accounts? I can't find a matrix or list anywhere! I'm expecting that making simple maps online, adding rest services, and accessing free training on Esri Academy is available. Anything else? Asking for a friend... and to create a training seminar for educators. Do you think it's better to just have everyone sign up for the 21 day trial? Thanks Brett. Many resources are available to educators that want to incorporated spatial technology, analysis, and problem solving into their classroom. I think that first you may want to look at the Esri's School Mapping Software Bundle. Check out the story map at http://education.maps.arcgis.com/apps/MapSeries/index.html?appid=c369c6d9bb6d4232bb3ad066cd5b9280 to see if schools in your area are already signed up. Accounts for your seminar might be created from those schools' accounts with specific logins for educators as well as students. Even without the bundle, training and many exercises can be completed using the Esri Public Account.
