I found the following weblink online. The temperature is always the current temperature and gets updated dynamically.

In ArcGIS online, Is it possible to source this link and show the temperature on the map for the City of Dallas? The map should always show the current temperature. i.e. as the temperature in this weblink gets updated, the temperature in the map also should be updated. Please help me accomplish this task.
