Secured services bug on Android

Hi. On android devices, Explorer does not display layers from secured services (arcgis online - we use active directory as our user store, LDAP I believe), nor does it prompt the user to sign in or give any way to sign in. Tried it on 2 devices with the latest version of the app. Same behavior.

When I open the layers widget, each is shown with an orange triangle icon next to it. Tapping this does nothing. Note, this is a publicly shared map, so the users dont sign in to AGOL, just authenticate with the map service.

Anyone seen this? Seems like a pretty major bug.

Thanks

Anyone from esri want to chime in? Is this a known bug?

Hi Zorba,

Sorry for the delayed response. We have been working on this issue for our next release of Explorer on Android and I just tested this internally and it appears to be working in the latest Beta that was released this week. You can join the Beta directly from the Explorer listing in the Play Store. If you can test the Beta please let us know if it is still not working for you.

Hi Zorba,

Actually, sorry, the fix is not in this Beta but we are working on it.
