Network Analyst - Newbie where to start?

Hello experts,

I'm new to this ArcGIS and I need help on how to get started. I basically needed a background process that will generate a routing from a warehouse to multiple point of deliveries.

1. How do I load my delivery addresses to the STOPS class? Do I need to convert my street address before I can load it?

I am also a newbie to all of this. I wrote up instructions for calculating the distances from one point to multiple points. I am not sure if this will be exactly what you need but it may help.
