When I print either a map or layout in the Map Viewer beta, I am only getting the top layer displayed.
Ok great, glad that works. We will have to investigate further to see if we can reproduce any issues with printing unshared layers. Let us know if you come across anything else!
Hi, Would you be able to provide some more detail on how the map is configured? Are both layers feature layers? Any additional settings? Thanks!
1) "Municipalities_List" is a feature layer, source is a feature service. It is showing up in the printout PDF file.
2) "Cityshp" is a feature layer, source is a feature service. It is NOT showing up in the printout PDF file.
3) "Brevard_County_Boundary_Mask_WKID102100" is a feature layer, source is a feature service. It is NOT showing up in the printout PDF file. I really have not done anything other than bring them into the new Map Viewer application.
Here are the hyperlinks to the feature layers. They are all hosted feature layers.
Thanks for this. Are you able to make the Cityshp layer public? I'm unable to access that one. Could you also let me know if the same map prints as expected in the old Map Viewer?
OK. I just made the Cityshp feature layer public. I'll try putting all the layers into an old Map Viewer. Here's a snapshot of the Print in the old Map Viewer. All the data is in the print.
I just made the old Map Viewer web map public. Here's the link to it:
Here's the link to the Map Viewer (beta) web map:
Perfect, thank you! I'm able to see all 3 layers printing from the Map Viewer Beta web map you shared, but it may just be because the the layer is public now. Do all 3 layers print for you now that it is public? If so, I'll investigate some more to see if I can reproduce any issues printing unshared layers.
Yes, changing the layers to public allowed all the layers to show up in the map and layout. Thanks for your help.
