Every time user launches ArcGIS software (both basic and standard), I get this message. It does work after clicking on “OK”, just that its annoying because it pops up everytime.
User has Bacis lic. Administrator does not display options for modules.
Terminal server installation.
Google advised that this error appears when FMV is connected but not licensed which seems to not be the case here.
Please advise.
