creating space time cubes with defined locations. Locations are census block groups. I keep getting the error that the location ID is incorrect. I am using GEOID. Not sure how to proceed.

Anyone have suggestions regarding location ID for defined locations using census block groups? Tried using GEOID as location ID but it failed.
