Does anyone know if there is a way to "accidentally" set a reference scale in ArcMap? (We are using 10.4 due to 3rd party software restrictions.)
We have a user who keeps having a reference scale at around 1:1,250 be set in his primary mxd. We also have data and map updates that are being pushed out from our GIS server for the 3rd party software we are using, but since a recurring reference scale doesn't seem to be happening for the other users, I'm at a loss as to why it's happening for one of them.
Any tips or experience with similar issues are much appreciated!@
