I have a mapping service from a client's ArcGIS Server in my Web Map that includes a high-res aerial of the project location along with many other pertinent vector layers. I need the aerial to not dim like all other non-basemap layers when collecting a new point/line. I've tried adding the aerial REST endpoint item, but since it's just a raster layer it can't be added to the map.
Any ideas how to prevent Collector from dimming all the features in the map?
