I'm trying to use the ArcCatalog to publish the World_Street_Map.sd file on our ArcGIS server 10.5.1 then use the Manage Cache -> Manage Tiles to build the cache that can be used for offline as a service.
When the cache service finished, I try to access the service via the link http:/our_server:6080/arcgis/rest/services/World_Street_Map/MapServer and click on each Start_Tile for each level but for some reason, it only shows the gray tiles box unlike the one publish from ArcGIS online.
Does anyone know the steps or procedure to have the service offline running or can you help to show me what did I do wrong? Thank you in advance.
