Is there a way to link to layers in an app built on the google maps api into arcgis online and arcgis 10.7 and/or pro 2.2? The app in question is here: https://outagemap.dominionenergy.com/external/default.html specifically outage information. I am looking to overlay information from inspectors with the power outage information. Thank you.
