We are building a WPF based roadside infra monitoring application and below is our requirement. We came across your platform and as per our initial assessment, ArcGIS Desktop makes a good fitment.
I need the following to be implemented using ARCGIS.
With ArcGIS Online I was able to create a map and create a feature layer using point layer and add feature layer to the map. But unable to add Vector symbols to the feature layer and add animations online. even unable to edit the Geodatabase offline.
Are the following features possible with any other ARCGIS tools? Please suggest.
Show the real map of a location with Vector icons with Animations of the assets deployed in the real world.
Provide Offline editing support of the maps.
Show the status of the assets by changing the state of the icons in offline mode.
Create layers to hide/unhide assets (Roads, buildings, etc;)
