Copy Raster Failed ??  Using ArcGIS Pro 2.4.1

Has anyone had the same problem as I am ?

 

Trying to export this to .jp2 and got this problem ??

 


Parameters
Input Raster C:\home_ARCGISPro\Forest Reserve Maps\Image\NewForestReserveMaps\Test.tif
Output Raster Dataset C:\home_ARCGISPro\Forest Reserve Maps\Image\NewForestReserveMaps\Test5.jp2
Configuration Keyword
Ignore Background Value 0
NoData Value 256
Convert 1 bit data to 8 bit NONE
Colormap to RGB NONE
Pixel Type 8_BIT_UNSIGNED
Scale Pixel Value NONE
RGB To Colormap RGBToColormap
Format JP2
Apply Transformation Transform
Process as Multidimensional CURRENT_SLICE
Build Multidimensional Transpose NO_TRANSPOSE

I had TIFF succeed but not this one as jp2 format 

 

Reason for this is to compare between TIFF and jp2 and which one is save in memory size...

 

Can anyone help me out ?
