Hi, Using Arcgis Pro 2.4, I downloaded world imagery using the take map offline button on the map page. I selected 1:9000 for tiling. After the download completes I am unable to view the .tpk in Pro beyond 1:25000. I have tried manually setting the visibility in the layer properties to 1:9000 but I still can't see the base map when zoomed in. Exporting this project to a mobile map package supports display while zoomed in using explorer. Same goes for adding the .tpk to collector. Something I am missing?
