I have an employee who created a Survey. Then went back and added a few more questions. However when viewing the data in map or table form the newer questions columns are all placed at the end of the display. Is there anyway to force the display of the data to be the same order as it was collected in and NOT the order in which the questions were designed in.

Are you asking about viewing in the Data Tab of Survey123 or another application? If you are looking at the data in a web map, you can set the order of fields in the pop-up configuration of the layer.
