address locator

I don't find address locator or composite address locator in the drop-down menu when I right-click on a gdb folder.

What version of ArcMap are you using as address locators have not been able to be stored in geodatabases since 10.4.x?

I am using 10.7. Then how should I add address to my geodatabase. I need to complete my masters project please help.

Are you looking to build an address locator or use an ESRI address locator to show an address point for an address you have?

I have zip codes of publicly available data I want to add that to California county shapefile which I downloaded for California public health website.

In my textbook it is written that I need to use geodatabase to add address location using US 5 digit zipcode - so guess build address locator.

Can you teach me the other one as well.

I have the zip codes in CSV formate and I am using 10.7.

By my textbook uses 10.2
