Reclaiming Portal licenses

How do I get licenses back once generated?  I have created a .json file for a Portal that had 20 Creator and Viewer.  They were activated.  But we recently received 5 Editor and Field Worker licenses.  The file must now be recreated to included the 20 Creator/Viewer and the 5 Editor, Field Worker.  It doesn't appear that licenses can be de-authorized to returned to the pool.  How do we reclaim them to regenerate a new license?

In MyEsri you need to cancel the appropriate portal license file

Depending on where you are and what My Esri Privileges you have you may not be able to do this. If this is the case - contact your MyEsri Admin or your Esri Distributor or Esri Support
