Historically when setting up a Map Atlas grid, we would perhaps start with the section polygon, break a section in half for a slightly smaller area, break a quarter section down even further and further for tighter and more urban areas. I am envisioning a workflow by using something like the Generate Tessellation tool in ArcGISPro to generate polygons of diminishing by half size for more urban areas. Any ideas?
