I created a heat map using the 2019 vs 2024 Population Growth for all the zip codes in Hillsborough County, Florida. I noticed one zip code in particular stands out as growing 3.3% annually, yet when I pull the same zip code using Business Analytics it states this zip code will grow 17.5% in the next five years or 3.5% per year. I am being questioned on this and need clarification please.
