In Arc Pro when i load feature class from the portal onto a map I am unable to add or delete fields from the fields section. Instead I have to use the 'add field' tool which is awkward. An esri employee who is using an advanced user license can add fields

In Arc Pro when i load feature class from the portal onto a map I am unable to add or delete fields from the fields section. Instead I have to use the 'add field' tool which is awkward. An esri employee who is using an advanced user license can add fields no problem but my add fields section remains 'greyed out'

It is similar to bug 000101840 except mine is occuring in feature classes and not with the shapefile.
