ArcMap AddIn UI Issues

I created a new ESRI ArcMap Addin. The addin runs fine on my machine and other desktops. When I installed the Addin on a laptop we have it began cutting off pieces of the UI at unspecified location. It cuts off the buttons at the bottom of the form, and cuts a combo in half. Any ideas?

This may be an issue with the dpi setting of the machine. People often bump this up as they have difficultly reading text on the screen.

In XP goto Control panel > Display > Settings tab > advance button and make sure dpi is normal
