i’m using Web builder and already have a few hosted features in our ArcGIS online account. We do have an ArcGIS  Desktop Standard License. I have created an Web application using ESRI Web Builder  and it’s working great. However, I have a dataset with feature linked  annotations and I was trying to find a way that I can use them in the Parcel viewer. I understand that AGOL does not support feature linked annotations.  With that being said I was wondering if I could use the MYSQL or SQL Server from GoDaddy’s to publish this dataset to be used with ArcGIS Online.  Or is there any other way that I can host the annotations without having our own server? Thank you
