We have crews going out in the field and they are going to update data using Collector.
We use Maximo for Asset Management
The select an Asset from a list after installing it and have to enter a NEW Maximo Location number. They will be inside an existing Polygon layer that contains the Maximo Location number for that site.
Is there a way someone knows of to automatically pull the location from the polygon and populate the Location Field.
They have to change the Status from Inventory, Bench Stock, or Planned, to Operating. I am thinking changing the status could be a trigger to change the Location Number
Thoughts or solutions?
I had thought of somehow using Surface Information but we no longer had the 3D extension.
