When you read through the Getting Started documentation (http://solutions.arcgis.com/electric/help/electric-utility-network-configuration/get-started/get-sta...), there is a step where they talk about setting up the Solutions Deployment addin which allows you to download the sample dataset and ArcGIS Pro package

I have got the data but I could not able to proceed further due to the errors seen.

Are you loading the sample data?  We have seen issue with parallel processing.  You can set it to 1 in the environment variables of the tool or run this in the python window prior to running apply asset package.  

arcpy.env.parallelProcessingFactor = 1
