Assigned By value displayed in Workers App

We are experiences differences in the display of the 'Assigned By' label and value for an assignment in the Worker app.
The following two screenshots are of the same assignment, from 2 different tablets (iPad Pro and iPad Air 2), each running the same iOS version (12.3) and Workforce Workers App version (17.0.1). The iPad Pro shows the 'Assigned By' label and value and the iPad Air 2 does not. Does anyone have any ideas to help troubleshoot this issue?
