Just to report that we are experiencing intermittent camera issues in Survey123. Launching the camera (or barcode scanner) seems to work fine for a while, but then occasionally, although the camera launches, users are presented with a black screen in the camera view. Saving the survey record, exiting Survey123 and relaunching seems to rectify the problem, but something is obviously not quite right. We have just noticed this happening since 3.3.64 was launched in February. I have not been able to isolate exactly what is triggering the behaviour, it seems to be random.
We are using Windows 10 on Panasonic Toughpad FZ-G1s, Survey 123 field app version 3.3.64.
