Can you elaborate a little more about this use case? Is this using the pop-up profile of Arcade or which profile? Is this using ArcGIS Online or Enterprise (don't think Pro since you posted this in the Web GIS space). How do you want to return the Y and Z values (concatenated, as a list, ...)? What should happen when X does not have a value?
