When the processing is requested for the ArcGIS Server REST service, the memory usage of the SOC will increase. If the ArcGIS Server computer runs out of memory, the SOC releases memory and fails. what is the behavior when releasing memory. Is ArcGIS Server making the decision to free memory? Or is the memory forcibly released by the OS?
