Arcgis pro 2.3 crashes when i add environment to it

I tried many time creating clone of environment but error shown........plus it was taking alot of time...then i created environment using python command prompt.........it was created and then i activated it using python cmd prompt....and when i started arcgis pro 2.3 there was error showing..you changed the name of environment.

please anyone can help me creating clone of the environment..so that i can install tensorflow in it

If you need to install a clone, and have limited admin rights.  You have to make sure you 'activate' your environment after created.
