Raster Features not Retained After Clip

Hello, 

I have been trying to clip a habitat quality raster to a county boundary, however every time I attempt this the output generates a different raster than the one I choose. None of the details or features of the original raster are included. 

I have tried to use extract by mask tool and clip in data management, however they both give me the same outputs.

This is the output after the clip tool is executed: 

As you can see, the clipped raster looks nothing like my original raster: 

How can I clip my raster to retain its details in the output result?

Compare the symbology of the two.  I suspect that it has changed and is masking the result.  To confirm, you can examine the statistics and even use the info tool to examine cell values

You most likely will have to calculate statistics on the output raster.

Thank you for your comment! I used the calculate statistics tool and was able to retrieve the values from the original raster.
