The question: is it possible for 1 line segment to have a gradually larger thickness?
I know it is possible since I was once involved in a project where ArcMap was used to create an atlas for highschool students. For each river, the line started very small and gradually became thicker. I don't want 2 line segments to go from thickness '1' to '2'. It would be a very ugly change. So I would like my line to vary in thickness from (for example) '1' in the beginnen of the line segment to '2' at the end of the segment. The direction of the line is in this case important.
I have been looking on online, but I cannot find a good answer.
Does someone have any experience in this?
