Support for .lyr and .dgn files

Is it in the plan for ArcGIS Earth to support the import of both .lyr and .dgn files? If so, is there any thought as to which version number these are planned for?

Thanks for your interest in ArcGIS Earth. The support for.lyr and .dgn files are not currently planned.
