Extraction of pixels values from a complete raster

Hi,

I have a hard time trying to extract pixels values from a raster. I tried to use Extraction function called "sample" by using the raster itself to extract values but it gives whole numbers as values extracted instead of decimal values. I need these decimals values but I have to idea how to get them. The raster show decimals values with Identify function.
Is there another way to extract pixels values into a table?

The reason you only see integer values is because the only way a raster will show an attribute table (including after extraction) is if it is an integer raster. To get non-integer raster values you would have to use the extract values to points tool. (Or other extract values to... tools)
