multi-Polygons to the least grid points

Hi all,

I have a polygon layer which has many polygons.

I want to create a points layer which: 1) at least have 1 point located in each polygon, 2) points should be grided in line, 3) has the smallest (number of longitudes) * (the number of latitudes). So I can later create a smaller netcdf file from this points layer.

4) the points do not need to be evenly distributed.

I thought about to create a fishnet of 10km*10km, but that would be more than necessary. Too many points will lead to unnecessary calculation in my next step.

Any ideas would be much appreciated. Thank you in advance.
