Hello, 

Are there any PDF User Guides produced by Esri for ArcGIS Online and the various fields apps? Or do they only post instructions on the website?

Hi Patrick,

In general most of the documentation is listed online. I do know that there is a Field Guide Template for Collector which provides information on common workflows.
