After taking a layer based on a "feature layer view" into a map, adding features to it during editing workflows doesn't validate against the view's definition expression. Is this something being looked into?

AGOL and Enterprise have these great "feature views" that allow you to define attribute or spatial "filters", and then these layers can be brought into a map and/or taken offline.

However, in editing workflows, there appears to be nothing in the Runtime when adding features to one of those layers that validates whether the new feature fits the filter definition defined in the view. This can lead to confusing workflows where an editor adds a feature, say, in Australia, when their view specifies they should only be able to view New Zealand. It would make more sense if it was validated and an error thrown.
