Dear all,

I have been using  Web apps for creating templates and sending templates(PDF) to emails for some of my sub-tasks linked with survey123, currently, I'm planing to use API for creating templates and Webhooks to send templates to email, so my question is would i get all option names in template not only select ones. i attached image clarify what i mean.
