Vector Style Editor: Dashes

Can you tell me why the editor in this case shows blank for dashes?

The path in question obviously has them.

This is a consistent problem and troublesome. Is it a bug in the editor?

This is what the style itself says. Does that mean the editor can't handle stops in dasharrays?

Most of the dashed lines look pretty stupid in the mobile SDK on a high density phone, which is why I am looking at them.
