Cannot convert sid file to another format in arcmap

Hello:

I have been told other users are able to convert a sid file to another format in the table of contents by doing a right-click> data> export data>. I have not been able to. Is there any reason why?

I encourage you to show us your screenshot on why it didn't convert to another format...

did you try the right-click method in arccatalog? instead of the table of contents?

Is there a reason you don't want to use Copy Raster from ArcToolbox?

Hey Dan:

The file was like 300 gbs or something. I ended up not having to convert it.  I transferred my sid to another mxd and was able to run zonal statistics and export with no problem. My next step is figure out how to use the difference button in the image analysis window.

Are you trying to convert a large area or smaller area ?

It was a large although I don't need to anymore
