I was wondering if anyone else was having issues with large MXD taking forever to open with the R&H extension installed vs not installed. Opening up an MXD with our basemap layers takes 10 minutes (R&H Extension) vs 1 minute. Turning off the extension does not help.
Currently on ArcGIS 10.6.1 and Windows 10. But was the same on previous versions and Windows 7.
