getting a protection fault error when printing from Pro 2.2.12813 to the HP Design Jet 1055cm

Is this set as your default printer?

Does this occur for all maps/layouts in all aprx files?

Are you able to print to other printers that are connected to this computer?

Not set as the default printer

Happens to all aprx files

Can print to other printers

Can print from ArcMap 10.5 just fine

Can you try setting the HP Design Jet 1055cm as your default printer to see if that at least makes a difference?

Maybe you need to upgrade the drivers used for this printer from the manufacturers website (might want to discuss this option with your IT people).
