The 'supportsApplyEditsWithGlobalIds' error persists

still getting this error in 'create survey' from hosted layer...

This hosted feature layer has a relationship class and related table if that makes a difference.

Do I need to manually edit a feature definition?

It appears to have TRUE set in the JSON!

I'm not certain where to go from here?

Can you provide more information on the service configuration?  Was screenshot you provided the /FeatureServer url, or a layer (i.e., /FeatureServer/0)?

this problem "went away" the next day I believe (all working fine now)
