Convert and Download CAD from Web App

Is there an option download from ArcGIS Online in CAD format? Want to allow users to select a layer (or a portion of a layer) and have the option to export it as a CAD file. Want to avoid storing the CAD file on my web server and have the user clicking on a link to download

  No feature conversion is more of a Desktop GIS thing, not a web thing.

I would recomend building a GP service to input ESRI JSON and convert it to CAD file
