I want to carryout a real-time field survey on electricity usage and IoT for households using arcgis online and its accompanying apps. how do I do this? Thanks

This data will be collected basically in the Nigeria and will need to be collected from individuals using online apps like webapps, instagram, whatsapp, facebook. I have just arcgis online and have created the online survey questionaire but how do I create this app easily using survey123 or something that connects to  a larger audience especially in Nigeria.
