Edit a published survey in Survey123 for ArcGIS

Hi,

I have a published survey in Survey123 for ArcGIS. A lot of data and photos has already been collected.

What I would like to do is to update this survey by enabling the Sent and Inbox settings so that users can update the data when they are in the field. For example, rubbish data is coded as Uncollected. When the trash collector goes around to collect the rubbish, he can then edit the data to show that it is already Collected.

How do I do this? Thank you very much for any help.

Hi Dionisio,

All you need to do is enable the inbox for your survey in Survey123 Connect (it's in the Inbox sub-tab of the Settings tab), provide the query you need to ensure that you're only going to be returning the surveys you want (so in your example, only the Uncollected rubbish), and then republish your survey. You don't need to make any changes within the survey itself.

Your users will then need to re-download the survey, after which they will have access to the inbox.
