Uploading attachments to hosted feature following Collector sync error

Hi there,

We have been using Collector to collect field data (points and lines), and recently experienced a sync error in the field.  In order to recover the data, I followed the following steps:

  1. Recovered the data off device as per https://support.esri.com/en/technical-article/000012460
  2. Ran tool in Arc – Runtime database to GDB to get geodatabase file
  3. Open ArcMap and logged in to AGOL
  4. From My Hosted Services, dragged feature layer to edit into map window and made a local copy to edit as per https://support.esri.com/en/technical-article/000015842
  5. Used the Object Loader to load the extra, unsynced field data from the geodatabase from step 2
  6. Synced the local edits

The issue is that 2 of our data layers have associated photos in an attachment table, and I can't find any guidance as to how to load these back to the hosted feature service?  The Object Loader does not appear to deal with the attachment tables, and any append procedure re-sequences the Global IDs, which means the attachments no longer associate with the correct features.

Any help gratefully received,

Claire
